Because the NRV Regional Water Authority is a wholesale provider of drinking water to the Towns of Blacksburg and Christiansburg, Montgomery County and Virginia Tech, the Authority does not publish an Annual Water Quality Report. The Authority works with its members to generate the information needed for each member to publish its Annual Water Quality Report.
