Request For Proposals:

  • Legal Services –  The NRV Regional Water Authority seeks proposals from experienced and qualified firms to provide Legal services for various business related items for the Authority.  These items shall include but are not limited to:
  1. Employment law
  2. Virginia Public Procurement Act
  3. Contracts
  4. Intergovernmental agency relationships
  5. Liability questions

Selection will be made on the following criteria:

  1. Qualifications of the firm and staff assigned to the Authority and experience with the above items;
  2. Experience in working with Municipal Water Utilities or Water Authority; and
  3. Experience in working with multiple governmental agencies

All inquiries concerning this request should be submitted to Caleb Taylor, Executive Director. Proposals will be accepted at the Authority’s offices at 3515 Peppers Ferry Road, Radford, VA 24141 until 12 PM (noon), local time, on Thursday, December 20, 2018, marked on outside of submittal “Legal Services.”

Minority-owned Business Enterprises (MBE) and Women-owned Business Enterprises (WBE) firms are encouraged to respond.
